Thank you very much for taking an interest in the unique Executive PGDM Program/ PGCM Program exclusively designed by us and for visiting our website. Both the captioned programs are approved by the AICTE.
We run these Programs under the generic title “Practising Management for Practising Managers”. This is because of the practical management related input you will receive (apart from the theory) through the practice school concept. To do this, you will be required to work for a fixed number of weeks in companies and complete assignments based on real life situations.
These Programs is therefore designed to equip you as no other program can to handle the stresses and pressures required from managers. It will also give you the required theoretical concepts through interactive sessions using different types of pedagogy. The focus will be on project work and you will emerge at the end of the Program as a fully equipped manager ready to take on higher responsibilities.

The College was started in 1968 and has been the pioneer in Management studies in Bangalore with job-oriented post-graduate diploma courses conducted in the evening hours. The College got into the mainstream with a two-year post-graduate diploma course in Business Management (AICTE recognized) in 1996. It is backed by a lofty Josephite tradition of 150 years and its own sterling brand equity based on excellence without boundaries and value-based education.
