With their Vice-President, Corporate Planning - Mr. Sanjay Purohit as the Chief Animator the Malcolm Baldridge Framework for Excellence in Education has been adopted for improvement in process quality. The success of the initiative has been dependent on teamwork - each organisational process has been owned by teams consisting of members from management, faculty, staff & students.
