St Josephs College of Business Administration conducts annual management fests that represent a significant element of the student enterprise.

‘Pinnacle’- is an intra collegiate fest that is conducted at the start of every year with a view to spruce up first year students for upcoming management fests. Events are deliberated to bring out the best talent and provide students firsthand experience in various management areas. The competitive spirit among the first years is touches new heights and prepares them for the rigors of the management course.                                                                                                                                                                 
‘Verve’ – is an all India Inter-Collegiate Management fest, where the college plays host to over 30 B-schools across the country. Events are well formulated and held in different management streams over a period of two days. Participants are assessed on their skill, competence and management acumen. Verve provides management students a platform for learning and development, with an apt blend of competition to inspire and motivate the future of tomorrow.
